Each C2K pen is handmade and includes extra ink, which means the ink may need to settle before first use. Please shake the pen well with the tip facing downward, then try writing and repeat this process up to three times if needed, as the ink sometimes just needs to move down to flow properly. Every pen is one-of-a-kind and final sale, with no returns or exchanges.
