Alizay Young | Entrepreneur, Creative Consultant, & Faith-Driven Mentor

Alizay Young is a creative entrepreneur, consultant, and faith-driven mentor who has always believed she was designed by God to build, create, and lead others toward purpose. As a wife of 10 years and a proud mother of two, Alizay understands the balance of family, faith, and entrepreneurship and brings that real-life experience into every session she leads.

In 2024, Alizay graduated from Southwestern Michigan College with a Business Management Certificate, further strengthening her passion for helping others turn ideas into meaningful ventures. Over the years, she has started and participated in several business and leadership initiatives, including Pretty Warriors For Christ LLC, serving as an Independent Consultant for Paparazzi Accessories, and founding G-Group, a youth organization focused on empowering young people.

Alizay is an active member of Emerge Innovation Hub, where she has participated in two pitch competitions, continuing to grow as an entrepreneur and advocate for small businesses. She also holds coursework credits in Cosmetology, reflecting her long-standing interest in creativity, beauty, and personal expression.

Through her consulting and creative work, Alizay has helped businesses develop branding and visual identity, including Theresa’s Homemade Kitchen Made With Love and Bye Bye Belly with Sheila Maxwell. She has also used her design gifts to serve communities by creating memorial fans for grieving families, and designing materials such as church fans and newsletters for Peace Temple C.O.G.I.C.

In addition to hands-on experience, Alizay has attended numerous entrepreneurship workshops and training events, equipping her to better guide, mentor, and encourage others on their journey.

Her sessions combine business strategy, creativity, and faith-centered encouragement, helping individuals gain clarity, develop their ideas, and take confident next steps toward building something meaningful.

Alizay believes every idea has potential when it is nurtured with wisdom, faith, and intentional action—and her mission is to help others discover that for themselves.
